Agentforce World Tour Stockholm 2025
On May 27, the Waterfront Congress Centre came alive as Salesforce's Agentforce World Tour landed in Stockholm bringing powerful keynotes, hands-on demos, and real stories of transformation from companies like Keyto, Finnair, and Sinch. From building our own AI Agents to exploring how Agentic AI is reshaping customer success, the event made it clear: the future of work is already here!
On May 27, 2025, the Waterfront Congress Centre in Stockholm sparked with energy as Salesforce hosted the Agentforce World Tour filled with AI breakthroughs, expert insights, and hands-on innovation. The opening keynote was very inspiring and once again showcased that Agentforce and Agentic AI is not just a future promise but actually already right here, right now.
During the day it was inspiring and insightful to hear how organisations such as Keyto, Finnair and Sinch are working with Salesforce and more specifically AI in their organisations. In the main keynote it was showcased how Agentforce, the digital-labor platform, now unites humans and AI agents to elevate customer success through a trusted and unified platform. The message was clear: With Agentic AI, businesses can scale their workforce dynamically, empowering their teams and organisations to focus on more business critical, transformational work.
Besides inspiring speaker sessions we also got the chance to see immersive demos, and interactive workshops where we hands-on build and deployed our own AI Agents on Agentforce, while ensuring strong data governance and quality, through the out of the box features in Agent Builder.
Finally we need to underline that what makes this yearly event such an amazing and gratifying event to attend is the chance to meet, network and connect with customers, friends and Trailblazers in the ecosystem, as always this was one of the highlights of the event.
A Agentforce World Tour Stockholm would not be completed without some celebration, good food, nice cocktails and music, (more on that topic in the next post).
